May was a month bursting with excitement as the Geranium team eagerly sponsored and participated in a slew of community events!
Kicking off the festivities, Geranium proudly supported the incredible Art Show & Sale in Aurora, following the two-month-long Mayor’s Celebration of Youth Arts. The art magic didn’t stop there. At Pickering’s Petapolooza, our BarkArt station turned four-legged friends into paw-printing Picassos, much to the joy of their owners. The artistic adventure continued at Pickering’s Artfest, a lively weekend event that drew thousands for a blend of stunning art and family fun.
In Wellington Centre, the thrilling Belwood Lions Pike & Walleye Derby held forth on the last weekend of May. With an impressive 110 fish caught – the highest tally in years – the event was a great success. Geranium, a proud first-time supporter, helped the Lions Club donate a whopping $10,000 for Groves Hospital & Foundation.
