On the southern shore of Lake Scugog, about a one-hour drive northeast of the Greater Toronto Area, lies Port Perry — a charming town with a scenic countryside and a “vibrant and historic” downtown area, according to Destination Ontario.

Recently Geranium hosted students from Durham Region District School Board, through Fairchance Learning initiative, at its Clarehaven site in Claremont. This educational tour provides in-person experiences about construction methods, best practices, building codes and real-world insights from seasoned workers.
